What makes your grooming service different?

Our grooming studio offers a truly one-to-one experience, only one dog is in the salon at any time. This means your dog receives our full attention, care, and affection throughout their entire visit. No cages, no waiting around, just calm, relaxed, and the VIP treatment.

Where is your grooming studio located?

The grooming studio is based in a purpose-built, professional space in the garden of my home. It’s designed to be safe, peaceful, and welcoming , giving your dog a stress-free environment away from the hustle and bustle of busy salons.

Are there any cages or crate drying used?

No, never! We believe in comfort and kindness. Your dog will be hand-dried and cared for throughout the entire session. There are no crates or holding areas, your dog stays with me from start to finish.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

Each appointment is tailored to your dog’s size, coat type, and temperament. On average, appointments take between 1.5 to 3 hours. I’ll always give you a time estimate when you drop your dog off.

Do you groom nervous or anxious dogs?

Yes! My one to one approach is ideal for nervous, rescue, or first time dogs. The calm, private setting helps them relax and enjoy their grooming experience without the stress of other dogs or loud noises.

Can I stay with my dog during the appointment?

Most dogs settle better once their owner has left, but you’re very welcome to stay for the first few minutes to help your dog feel comfortable. After that, I find dogs relax more easily when they have a quiet space.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Just your dog, and maybe their favourite treat or toy if you think it will help them feel at ease. Everything else (shampoo, towels, brushes, and grooming tools) is provided and tailored to your dog’s coat and skin type.

How do you ensure safety and hygiene?

The studio and tools are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly between every appointment. The environment is kept calm, safe, and temperature controlled to ensure your dog’s comfort.

Do you take puppies?

Absolutely! Early positive grooming experiences are so important. Puppy sessions are shorter, gentle introductions to grooming that help build trust and confidence for future visits.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book via phone, text, email, or social media. Appointments are by booking only, as we run a private, one-dog at a time schedule.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your slot to another client. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Do you offer breed-specific grooming or styling?

Yes, I offer breed standard cuts as well as pet trims and hand-scissored styles, all tailored to your dog’s comfort and your preferences.
